Several years ago, I took a wonderful class from Cynthia
Rutledge called Tibetan Bangle. However, I knew that I had
plenty of beads and surely could come up with my own color combinations.
Here it is.
Lapis-colored delicas are used for the base of the bracelet and the
sides of the pyramids. Decorative edging is done in 15° in
colors of blue iris and lime. Accents are rondells of peridot and
pink tourmaline. And hiding in the center of each pyramid is a
beautiful vintage Swarovski round crystal in a vitral color.

Here is a view looking down into the center of one of the
pyramids where you can see the glint of fuchsia and green from the vintage
Swarovski. |

| The clasp is suppose to be loops over the rondells but I
worried that that would not be sufficient enough to hold the bracelet
together so I added a hook-and-eye clasp, kind of like the kind that
you find on a pair of pants. It is flat and well hidden and adds
additional fortification to the bracelet.
I've added additional pictures so that you can see the work close-up
and personal, so be sure to scroll all the way down to see everything. |

Such a myriad of textures and colors make this piece a very
lush bracelet. |

From the side view, you can see how the face of the pyramid
links stand up to hide the vintage crystals.

And here is a realllllly close view of the side of one of
the pyramids. |
