Mud Hills is a pin that I thought that I had finished.
Dark brown satin 3-cuts are used with pale gold transparent 3-cuts to make
a bezel around this beautiful cabochon of Bruneau Jasper.
I started to add it to my collection of completed items and then
realized that it needed something else. That is when the 2mm
turquoise came out to be used. And in the middle of the group of 2mm
turquoise is 1 little 3mm turquoise. These small beads all rest on
little picots made up of brown charlottes.
Here is a nice close-up of these pretty blue turquoise
beads.
I've been told by some lapidary artists that Bruneau Jasper
is a little hard to obtain at this time.
Now I think that you will agree that it is complete!
