I got the idea for this bracelet from a bracelet that was
gifted to me by a bead friend named Shelley. I started out with a
base of black beads and then started making loops between each bead.
Each loop consisted of either red or black seed beads and had either a
black or red druk accenting the center of the loop. On some special
loops, instead of the druk, I added a piece of furnace glass with a red
base and black stripes. Since I made several passes back and forth,
as you can imagine, there are quite a few loops on this bracelet.
When I showed it to a friend, she remarked that it reminded her of Las
Vegas, and that, my friends is the rest of the story. |
